We’re doing this again in the pool care market, and know what it takes to build a great, category defining business in this space. We’d love to partner with you on this journey.

We’re looking for companies with the following characteristics in particular:

• At least three years of sustained profitability
• $300k/year or more in pre-tax profit
• Ideally growing year over year
